Use Continue with Email → Forgot password to recover an email account. If you signed in with Apple or Google, choose the same provider again.
To permanently delete your shared app and website account, open Profile → Settings → Delete account in the iOS app. Read what deletion removes. Contact us if you cannot sign in or complete deletion.
Invitations and event details
Pending requests wait for the host's decision. Automatic events accept requests while places remain, then use a waitlist. Accepted experiences appear in My MOAI with exact logistics, an event group and Message Host.
For questions about an accepted experience, message its host. To leave, use the event's cancellation control so another member can take your place.
Community care
Report an event, host or message using its in-app reporting action. You can block a member and manage blocks in Settings. For a concern you cannot report in the app, contact support@moaitribe.com. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services.
